Reward Trip
St Michael’s will be running a rewards trip at the end of the Spring Term on Thursday 23rd March 2023.
As the trip is a reward for excellent behaviour, attendance, punctuality, and willingness to learn across all areas of the school, students will need to meet the following criteria, which came into effect on Tuesday 3rd January:
- Attendance: must be 96% or above
- Punctuality: late no more than once
- Behaviour:
- 15 or more positive events
- less than 5 behaviour events
- no referrals to refocus
- no exclusions or external isolations

- students must remain on a green expectation card
All students began with a clean slate from the 3rd of January and must meet the above criteria until Friday the 1st of March. Students will be made aware if they meet the criteria by House Leaders and Form Tutors.
The trip will be to Alton Towers, leaving school at 7:45 am. To secure a place on the trip, a payment of £28.00 must be paid on ParentPay (www.parentpay.com/) by Wednesday 8th March. In addition, the Google Form at: https://forms.gle/f3w1WsgCTuwdLweo9 must be completed by Monday 27th February 2023. The trip is open to ALL students in Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 who meet the above criteria.
If students fail to meet these criteria, they will be unable to attend the trip. This may result in the loss of the payment.
