St Giles Church

St Giles Church has a close connection to St Michael’s. It is the Parish Church for St Michael’s and the surrounding area so is available for the pastoral care of pupils, parents, and staff. Pupils regularly visit St Giles for special occasions throughout the church year and are encouraged to see the church as a space where they can connect with God, work out what the school values mean to them and make sense of their own spirituality.

The school holds services for year groups at St Giles church throughout the academic year.

These include:

    • St Michael’s Day service
    • Remembrance service
    • ‘Shine a light’ service
    • Year 11 leaver’s service
